The Board is the community mental health and addiction planning agency. Services include prevention, treatment & recovery support services.

The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is a volunteer Board made up of clients, family members, and other community leaders representing Seneca, Ottawa, Sandusky & Wyandot counties.

(Other Services: evaluate local behavioral health services; investigate any complaints &/or misconduct allegations, conduct program audits for effectiveness, recruit & promote local financial support; and coordinate working agreements with social agencies and with judicial agencies.)

Oak House is a non-profit organization assisting adults in Seneca, Ottawa, Sandusky, & Wyandot Counties living with or recovering from mental health issues, chronic mental illness, &/or substance abuse.

Creating an environment that promotes fun and community orientation, Oak House facilitates the recovery journey by:

- Assisting the development of a supportive network,
- Enabling members to self-advocate,
- Place to learn new skills, socialize,
- Fostering a sense of belonging
- Strengthening connection to the community
